Why we love it
Who's are these footprints and where do they go? It’s time to take a walk on the wild side and follow these animals footprints on a safari adventure. Each double-sided stone has the raised footprint of an animal on one side and an image of the animal indented into the other side. What animal might you find at the end: elephant, hippopotamus, zebra, lion, giraffe, ostrich, rhino and cheetah.
These footprints are great to use with crayon rubbings, making impressions in play dough and footprint trails in the mud and soil. These are great for imagination play, being used in a mud kitchen or generally outside getting dirty and then clean, encouraging communication and developing mathematical language comparing the different shapes of the footprints and scientific language characteristics of the safari animals.
