Why we love it
Who's are these footprints and where do they go?! Let your little one be curious and follow these woodland footprints. Each stone shows a woodland creature’s footprint on one side and its owner on the other. Perfect to encourage early investigation skills as children examine, compare and sort the eight footprints: fox, squirrel, rabbit, frog, deer, buzzard, owl and mouse.
Use these footprints with crayon rubbings, making impressions in play dough and footprint trails in the mud. These are great for imagination play, being used in a mud kitchen or generally outside, encouraging communication and developing mathematical language comparing the different shapes of the footprints and scientific language characteristics of the woodland animals.
Great to combine with our HelloPlaydough selection and with Gruffalo play using the owl, fox and mouse footprints.
